26            The instant matter arises out of an automobile accident that occurred on April 10, 2018, in

27    Yucca Valley, CA. Plaintiffs BRIAN MAHAFFEY and ASHLEY MAHAFFEY (“Plaintiffs”) claim

28    to have incurred medical expenses for treatment rendered to them following the accident, and seek
