The Hon. Corey G. Lee is a judge for the Superior Court of San Bernardino County in California. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor Jerry Brown on July 16, 2015, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of the Hon. Larry W. Allen.
Lee earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. She then completed an M.S. from Columbia University School of Social Work as well as a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
She began her legal career as a law clerk in the Executive Office for Immigration Review of the United States Department of Justice in 2003. The following year, she joined the Office of the District Attorney of Riverside County as a deputy district attorney. She served there for three years, eventually transferring to the Office of the District Attorney of San Bernardino County in 2007. Then, in 2008, she joined the Office of the United States Attorney of the Central District of California. She entered as an assistant U.S. Attorney, rising through the ranks to deputy chief U.S. Attorney in 2012.
Lee was a resident of Claremont, California at the time of her appointment.
She is registered as a Democrat.
