Plaintiff no longer desires to prosecute this case against Defendant at this time and would
voluntarily nonsuit said Defendant.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays that the Court enter its order dismissing this suit against
Defendant, Anthony Green that it be removed from the docket of the Court, and that all costs
herein incurred be taxed to the party incurring same.
