Tax Code §42.41. Tax Code §42.43 on any refund is waived by Plaintiffs, if the refund is paid within sixty (60) days of the date Defendant discovers this signed Judgment with reasonable diligence. If the refund is not paid within sixty (60) days of the date this Judgment is signed and discovered with reasonable diligence and interest is due, it is not payable until the taxpayer(s) furnishes the taxing units a fully executed IRS form W-9.
