  1                    Plaintiff JOHN BOUDREAU ("Plaintiff') and Defendant PRIMERITUS FINANCIAL
  2   SERVICES, INC. ("Defendant") (together, the "Parties") hereby stipulate, by and through their
  3   respective coimsel of record, as follows:
  4                    WHEREAS, the above-entitled action was commenced on December 27, 2018;
  5                    WHEREAS, on or about November 19, 2020, the Court ruled on the Parties' cross
  6   motions for siimmary adjudication;
 7                     WHEREAS, the parties have scheduled a mediation of the matter before Mark Rudy
 8    on April 6, 2021;
 9                     WHEREAS, subject to Court approval, the parties wish to continue the Case
10    Management Conference in the above-entitled matter currently scheduled on the Court's calendar for
11    February 26, 2021, at 9a.m. to a date ten (10) days after April 6, 2021, or until a date thereafter
12    available on the Court's calendar, in order to allow the parties tirtie to complete the scheduled
13    mediation;

15                    NOW THEREFORE, the parties stipulate and agree as follows:
16           1. The Case Management Conference currently scheduled for February 26,2021, at 9a.m in
17                 Department 41, shall be vacated; and,
18          2. The Case Management Conference shall be continued for a period of ten (10) days after
19                 April 6,2021 or as soon as a date thereafter is available on the Court's calendar.
