22   Trustees, Bring Trust under Continuing Court Supervision, Appoint Temporary

23   Successor Trustee, and Dispense with Notice to Parties, and good cause appear-

26          THE COURT FINDS that notice of time and place of hearing should be dis-

27   pensed with for Rosia Lee Hart and Gregory Wiggins.

     TEMPORARY   SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
                1. Notice of hearing to Rosia Lee Hart and Gregory Wiggins is dispensed with;

                2. The Rosia L. Hart Revocable Trust dated May 19, 2004 is placed under this
     Court's supervision pending the hearing on the appointment of a general successor
     trustee;

                3. The powers of Gregory Wiggins and Henry Gaines (if any) as trustees of the

     Rosia L. Hart Revocable Trust dated May 19, 2004 are hereby suspended pending the
     hearing on the appointment of a general successor trustee;
                4. Herb Thomas is appointed temporary successor trustee of The Rosia L. Hart
10   Revocable Trust dated May 19, 2004          pending the hearing on the appointment of a
ll   general successor trustee;

12              5. Bond for the temporary successor trustee is set in the amount of $50,000;
