Rosalind Williams (Petitioner) was present in court At the outset, Mr. Feder noted that Ms. Williams withdrew both Petitions: 1) Appointment of Successor Trustee and 2) Appointment of Conservator. Mr. Feder also noted that Ms. Hart is opposed to the Conservatorship, but agrees that she needs assistance with regard to the estate. Mr. Feder requested that Ms. Hart be allowed to control her own income, assets be controlled by a trust, and that termination of the Conservatorship be considered after her finances are in order and all assets are brought into the trust. Mr. Schultz noted that he did not object to Mr. Feder's requests & that the stability of a Conservatorship would be in Ms. Hart's best interest, Mr. Schultz suggested including a provision that Mr. Thomas act as Case Manager. After Mr. Feder noted that he had no objections to the provision, the Court granted the Petition appointing Herb Thomas the Conservator of the state of Rosia Hart and the Petition to Revoke Powers of Trustee, Bring Trust Under Continuing Court Supervision, appointing Herb Thomas the General Successor Trustee of the Rosia Hart Revocable Trust (signing the Orders for same in open court). Further Orders: Inventory, General Plan, and Assessment must be filed two weeks before: February 27, 2007 First Account and Status Report must be filed two weeks before: January 28, 2008 Ifthe estate includes real property, proof of recording of letters must be filed two weeks before: February 27, 2007. The Assessment Fee of $690.00 is charged. Conservatorship Bond is set at $20,000, Trustee Inventory must be filed two weeks before: February 27, 2007.
