On the hearing on this cause, Plaintiff appeared through its attorney of record. Defendant
Willie Mae Nobles, although duly cited to appear and answer herein, have failed to respond within
the time allowed by law. The court has considered the pleadings and records on file in this
cause,
and the evidence, and is of the opinion that judgment should be rendered for Plaintiff.
It is accordingly adjudged, ordered and decreed that Plaintiff, AT&T Services, Inc., recover
fiom Willie Mae Nobles, Defendant, judgment for:
1. $21,692.46 for compensatory damages;
2. $1,500.00 for attorneys fees;
3. Pre-judgment interest at the rate of 5.50% per annum beginning May 31, 2023;
4. Post-judgment interest at the rate of 5.50% per annum; and
5. All taxable costs of court.
This is an interlocutory judgment, pending the disposition of Plaintiff’s claims against
Defendant Mason Hall III. All relief not granted herein is denied. All writs and process necessary
to enforce this judgment shall be issued at Plaintiffs timely request.
