After considering Plaintiff’s Motion for Substitute Service and the supporting
affidavit, the Court finds that the Plaintiff’s attempts to serve the Defendant have been
unsuccessful and find that the substituted service requested in Plaintiff’ s motion will be reasonably
effective to give Defendant Mason Hall III notice of this suit.
Therefore, the court GRANTS the motion and authorizes substituted service upon
Defendant, Mason Hall III, by leaving a true copy of the citation and attached petition: l) with
anyone more than sixteen years of age; or 2) attached to the door of the Defendant Mason Hall
III’s usual place of abode, 8543 Blossom Ln., Dallas, TX 75227.
