1. Trustee submits her Amended Second 0f final account 0f the Trust covering the
period September 26, 2011 through December 31, 2022 attached hereto as Exhibit "1."
Petitioner is chargeable and entitled t0 the credits in the attached Summary 0f Account in
Exhibit "1" and its supporting schedules. The Summary 0f Account attached hereto as Exhibit
“1” is incorporated herein by reference as though fully repeated hereto (the “Summary 0f the

2. The Summary 0f the Account consists of bank accounts with Cathay Bank and

accounts With Morgan Stanley for the period September 26, 2011 through December 31, 2022

The Cathay Bank accounts represent the initial cash that belonged t0 the Pete G. Corrales and
14
Carmen C. Corrales Revocable Trust, Dated November 25, 1994 (the “Trust”) from rents
15
collected from the real properties located at (1) 2833 West Main, Alhambra, California 91801;
16
17 (2) 112 North Huntington Dr., Alhambra, California 91801; (3) 489 & 507 W. Alpine, Upland,
California, and (4) 809 S. 4th Street, #7, Alhambra, California 91801 and net sales proceeds of
18
19 those real properties except for the real property located at 112 North Huntington Dr.,
20 Alhambra, California 91801. The Morgan Stanley Accounts make up the liquid funds from the
21 rents and net sales proceeds inherited by Petitioner Gilbert Corrales (the “Petitioner”) from the
22 Pete G. Corrales and Carmen C. Corrales Revocable Trust, Dated November 25, 1994 (the
23 “Trust”).
24 3. The Petitioner created his own trust entitled the Gilbert Corrales Irrevocable
25 Trust, Dated February 2, 2013 (the “Irrevocable Trust”) upon termination 0f the Trust 0n
26 February 2, 2013. The Petitioner named the Trustee as sole trustee 0f his Irrevocable Trust and
27 went so far as t0 name her as sole beneficiary of his Irrevocable Trust.
28 4. Petitioner and the Trustee agreed that Petitioner would receive 100% ownership
