18 WHEREAS, in its October 9, 2020 Order herein (attached as Exhibit A), the Court ordered
19 the parties and their counsel to hold a meeting, conference call, or videoconference to discuss and try
20 to settle all issues in the case no later than February 5, 2021 (Exh. A, p. 2); and
21 WHEREAS, the Court subsequently continued the hearing on the City's pending discovery
22 motion (Motion to Compel Plaintiff to Produce Documents and Produce Computers, etc.) from
23 January 27, 2021 to February 22, 2021; and
24 WHEREAS, the parties believe that the Court's ruling on the discovery motion may impact
25 settlement discussions;
26 NOW THEREFORE, THE PARTIES STIPULATE to request, and hereby do request, the
court-ordered meeting
27 Court to extend the deadline for the mandatory settlement conference to one week after the February
28 22, 2021 hearing on the City's discovery motion, i.e. to March 1, 2021.
