21 Case No. BC632722. Thereafter, on November 3, 2021, Plaintiff’s trial counsel will be engaged
22 in Hussein, Amr v. Stark A Rusty – Case No. BC619243. This will not be continued as the five-
23 year statutory deadline to try the case is on November 17, 2021 and this matter must go to trial
24 immediately. Code of Civil Procedure Section 583.310.
25 3. WHEREAS, on September 21, 2021, the parties participated in a private
26 mediation in hopes of resolving this matter without the need to go to trial. However, despite the
27 parties’ best efforts, this matter was not resolved at mediation.
