           TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR ATTORNEYS OF RECORD:

                  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to California Labor Code §3850-3865, that lien
19
     claimant, Viacom, Inc., claims a first lien upon any verdict, judgment or settlement obtained in the
20
     above-captioned matter in favor of plaintiff, Rudolph Giordani, in any amount representing all
21
     amounts of workers’ compensation benefits paid to or on behalf of said Plaintiff by said lien
22
     claimant.

                  Said workers’ compensation lien is currently in an amount of $92,126.19. The amount
24
     of the lien is continuing. Lien claimant also reserves its lien and recovery rights with respect to
25
     any and all workers’ compensation benefits paid in the future, and reserves its right to augment
26
     and does augment its lien and its amount of recovery with respect to any and all future amounts of
27
     workers’ compensation benefits paid through the time that a verdict, judgment or settlement is
28
     satisfied.
