1. Plaintiff Rancho Del Chino, LLC (“Plaintiff”) is and at all relevant times herein
was a limited liability company duly formed and existing under the laws of the State of California
and at all relevant times maintained its primary place 0f business in the County 0f Los Angeles.
Plaintiff formerly owned one or more parcels within the Rancho Del Chino Shopping Center
(hereinafler the “Shopping Center”) off the 7 1 Freeway and Ramona Avenue in the City of Chino,
