The lead plaintiffs’ attorneys 5 previously appointed to lead this JCCP proceeding have informed the Court that they have 6 settled their lawsuits (along with other plaintiffs involved in parallel federal litigation), and have 7 submitted requests for dismissal of those cases to the Court. This amounts to a material change 8 in circumstances warranting remand of Plaintiffs H.H. and D.H.’s case back to their court of 9 original filing in San Francisco Superior Court for all purposes. 10 This motion is based on this notice and the accompanying Memorandum of Points and 11 Authorities, Declaration of Mario A.
