It appearing to the Court that through inadvertence and/or clerical error, the minute order of
02/08/2023 in the above-entitled action does not properly reflect the Court's order. At the
direction of the Judicial Officer, said minute order is corrected nunc pro tunc as of 02/08/2023,
as follows:

By striking: "Exhibit #86 is erroneously listed on Defendant’s Notice Designating Exhibits as
“google map.” This exhibit was not referred to or admitted into evidence during trial.
It is a Long Beach Police Department document, and a copy of it is included with the other
requested exhibits."

By adding: "Exhibit #86 is erroneously listed on Defendant’s Notice Designating Exhibits.
This exhibit was not referred to or admitted into evidence during trial, and is not being
transmitted."



In all other aspects, the minute order of 2/8/2023 remains the same.
