        »                       This action was commenced by plaintiff Roger Manlin, an attorney acting in pro per, by filing
        93 || a complaint on March 8, 2019 against defendant Steve Milner alleging causes of action for breach of
        o4 || partnership agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, concealment and deceit, breach of the
        95 || covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unfair competition, conversion, accounting, and financial
        96 || elder abuse. The complaint was based upon Milner’s malfeasance in connection with his management
        >7 || of a number of real estate LLCs in which plaintiff Manlin has a minority interest ranging from five
        5g || percent to 50 percent. No other person has any interest in any of the LLCs.
