Verified Complaint on Antonio Larocca at 41 Valley Road, Cos Cob, CT 06807 in the manner
indicated below:
AFFIXING: By affixing a true copy of each to the door of said premises, which is recipient's usual place
of abode within the state, Deponent was unable, with due diligence to find recipient or a person of suitable
age and discretion, having called thereat:
Pursuant to CPLR-Section 308(4), on 04/03/2023 , deponent completed service by depositing a true copy
of each document to the above address in a 1st Class postpaid properly addressed envelope not indicating
Confidential"
that the mailing was from and attorney or concerned legal action and marked "Personal and
in an official depository under the exclusive care and custody of the United States Post Office.
Comments: 3/29/23 @ 7:05PM - White apartment house. Partially vacant. Larocca's name on work
permit on window. Not sure which unit subject may be in. Small white cottage in back. Dodge Ram
with NY plate # JME-6554. Left notice. 3/30/23 @ 7:15AM - Notice untouched. No answer. 5:45PM
- Notice untouched. Spoke to resident in another unit who confirmed subject lives in the small
cottage. Resident said subject is currently out of state. 3/31/23 @ 6:31AM - Subject called me from
203-324-3802 but did not leave a message. 8:56AM - Called subject back and he said he thought
attorney was going to accept. He would not make plans to meet me but he requested I leave
documents at his door. 4/1/23 @ 2:21PM - No answer. Left documents abode as recipienfs usual
place of residence. See photos.
