Dear Yasemin and Zeynep:
As you know, at our June 2019 meeting of the Board of Directors of Bremen House, Inc.
(the "Company"), the Board unanimously approved a number of initiatives to reduce the operating
expenses of the Company. Among other measures, the Board approved the sale of all non-income
producing single-family residential properties owned by the Company.
The Company has now completed the sales of 15 Brookby Road, Scarsdale, New York and
8I Tanglewylde Avenue, Bronxville, New York. The Company now intends to begin marketing
for sale the Company-owned residential properties located at 10819 Vicenza Way, Los Angeles,
California and 31 White Plains Road, Bronxville, New York.
Please advise if there is a broker
you recommend that the Company hire to market these
properties for sale. We intend to begin
the marketing and sales process by the end of April, so we
ask that you provide any recommendations by the end of next week.
