                    ORDERED that the Plaintiffs’ joint motion seeking appointment of a temporary receiver

          for Defendants Bremen House, Inc., and German News Company, Inc.is GRANTED only

          insofar as the Court directs the appointment of an independent financial monitor, and is

          otherwise denied; it is further

                    ORDERED that counsel shall meet and confer on the specific scope and terms of the

          monitorship and shall file a proposal with this Court within ten (10) days of the date of this

          Order; and it is further

                    ORDERED that the parties upload a copy of the transcript of the proceedings to
