         19       hearing, the Honorable George F. Bird, Judge presiding, Plaintiff
         20       was present through counsel, John Greenwood, Dennis P. Block
         21       & Associates.  Defendants did not appear, counsel for Kyoung Sook
         22       Won did not appear and no oppositions were filed. On reading
         23       Plaintiff's motions, the court GRANTED Plaintiff's motion to
         24       deem Requests for Admission ADMITTED, as to all defendants. Because
         25       of this ruling, the other motions were not ruled upon as being
                  moot. Plaintiff was awarded sanctions against all defendants
         27       and counsel, jointly and severally, in the sum of $ 960, payable
         28
