                                             On the June 15, 2022 non-jury trial, both parties appearing and presenting

                         20                  Coria s first, second, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh causes of
                         21                  action;
                         22            2. The Court ruled in favor of defendant on plaintiff s third, fourth and fifth causes
                         23                  of action conditioned upon                       within two weeks, by June 29, 2022 -- defendant s

                         24                  voiding (if not yet cashed) the three checks documented in its trial exhibit E,

                         25                  issuing replacements and forwarding those directly to plaintiff at his Bell,
