The judgment entered on June 29, 2022 is vacated; 23 2. Plaintiff failed to meet his burden of proof as to the First, Second, Sixth, 24 Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh causes of action. Judgment is 25 entered on behalf of defendant as to those causes of action; 26 3. Plaintiff met his burden of proof as to the Third, Fourth and Fifth causes of 27 action.
