NATURE OF PROCEEDINGS: Court Order Re: Relating Case

The matter is called for hearing on case 21STCV04346.

The Court has received and considered plaintiff's report.

The Court finds that the following cases, 21STCV04346 and 20STCV48159, are related within
the meaning of California Rules of Court, rule 3.300(a). 21STCV04346 is the lead case. For
good cause shown, said cases are assigned to Judge Carolyn B. Kuhl in Department 12 at Spring
Street Courthouse for all purposes. All hearings in cases other than the lead case are advanced
and taken off calendar.

Plaintiff's counsel is to contact Case Anywhere to have the new case added.

The Court and counsel confer regarding the Demurrer on case 20STCV48159. Hearing on
Demurrer - without Motion to Strike is scheduled for 08/03/2021 at 01:45 PM in Department 12
at Spring Street Courthouse. Opposition is to be filed by 07/14/2021. Reply is to be filed by
07/26/2021.

Counsel are to meet and confer regarding additional issues raised in the Class Action.
