Pursuant to Government Code sections 68086, 70044, and California Rules of Court, rule 2.956,

Court and counsel confer regarding responsive pleadings for the class action as well as
20STCV48159. By August 13, 2021, counsel for Plaintiffs shall file an amendment as of right in
the class action case (21STCV04346). Counsel shall meet and confer on a schedule for briefing a
demurrer in 20STCV48159 and shall post an agreed schedule and requested hearing date on the
message board for CaseAnywhere by July 26, 2021.

Guardian ad litem appointment requests shall be filed no later than the date (to be set in the
future) for serving responses to Plaintiff Fact Sheets (PFSs).

By August 18, 2021, counsel for Plaintiffs and counsel for Defendant shall agree on a data
organizer for the relate cases. If counsel cannot agree on a jointly-hired data organizer, each side
