This case arises from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on April 11, 2018 at the

intersection of Kickapoo Trail and Twenty Nine Palms Hwy in the city of Yucca Valley. Plaintiffs

Brian Mahaffey and Ashley Mahaffey claim personal injuries and damages as a result of the
23
accident. Defendant Jose Medina was driving in the course and scope of his employment for
