Pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.734, the complex civil case referenced above is hereby
transferred to Judge Kevin R. Culhane in Complex Case Management Department 37, effective August
16, 2021, for the limited purposes set forth herein.
This case is assigned for complex case management pursuant to California Rules of Court 3.750, et
seq., and Local Rule 2.46(F). This case is also pre-assigned for trial in the Complex Case Management

Court 3.734. Law and motion proceedings shall be heard in the Civil Law and Motion Departments 53/54
pursuant to Local Rule 2.30, et seq., unless otherwise directed by the Complex Case Management
Department.
Any or trial date currently set in Department 41 will be deemed set in the Complex Case Management
Department 37, at the date and time previously scheduled.
