                                 Petitioner, People of the State of California, alleges as follows:
             20                  1. This is an action for the forfeiture of property pursuant to Health and Safety Code
             21        section 11470, et seq.
             22                  2. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 11488.4,
             23        subdivision (a).
             24                  3. The subject matter of this action is Ninety-One Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Two
             25        Dollars ($91,372.00) in U.S. Currency, (hereinafter Respondent Property).
             26                  4. The Respondent Property is located within Los Angeles County and is within the
             27        jurisdiction of this Court.
             28                  5. The Respondent Property was seized by the officers of the Los Angeles Interagency
