17 Petitioner, SUSIE RENEE TOLBERT. submits the following Verified Supplement to clear the
18 probate notes issued for the hearing scheduled for February 24, 2023.
19 II Probate Note A: Susie Renee Tolbert, Jerry Eatmon, Jr., and Sherry Sterry are the issue of
20 decedent and the only heirs entitled to inherit from the estate of JUDITH ANN EATMON
21 Probate Note B: The Inventory and Appraisal listed the value of the single family residence as
22 $555,000.00. The property sold for $620,000.00 and the estate received a proration on the property taxes
23 of $296.44, bringing the total funds to $620,296.44. The net proceeds received by the estate was
24 $294,972.90. See Seller's Final Settlement Statement which is attached as Exhibit 1 and incorporated
25 herein by this reference.
26 ln regard to the Notice of Proposed Action, my previous legal document assistant advised me that
27 no such notice needed to be sent and/or filed with the Court. My brother and sister both knew of the sale;
28 and, in fact, they both assisted me in getting the property ready to be placed on the market for sale.
