Plaintiff Gustavo Valdivia moves for preliminary injunction enjoining any changes to the
ownership interests in Baltoro Investment Group, LLC, including removal of Plaintiff as a
shareholder in the pending application with the City of Los Angeles. Plaintiff also moves for an
inspection of the premises within five (5) days of the order by the City of Los Angeles for
purposes of obtaining a temporary operations license.
Plaintiff supports the injunction request based on an argument for a breach of the operating
agreement. Specifically, the attempted removal of Plaintiff as a minority shareholder in Baltoro
Investment Group, LLC, and failure to cooperate with the licensing process, constitutes the
