Defendant submits to the Court's Tentative Rulings in open court, and the Court adopts its tentative rulings as its final rulings as follows: PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION MOVING PARTY: Plaintiff, Gustavo Valdivia RESPONDING PARTY: Defendant, Matthew Edwards RULING: Denied Plaintiff Gustavo Valdivia moves for preliminary injunction enjoining any changes to the ownership interests in Baltoro Investment Group, LLC, including removal of Plaintiff as a shareholder in the pending application with the City of Los Angeles. Plaintiff also moves for an inspection of the premises within five (5) days of the order by the City of Los Angeles for purposes of obtaining a temporary operations license. Plaintiff supports the injunction request based on an argument for a breach of the operating agreement.
