                         17               PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Janaury 13, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. the Case Management
                         18      Conference came on regularly as scheduled, Honorable Judge Stephen Pfahler presiding.
                         19      Defendant, Matthew Edwards and Plaintiff’s stated their appearances for the record.
                         20               After a brief discussion about the case and the pleadings, the Court ordered the following:
