Dear Judge Mc Luskey:
I have no objection to the request of Stuart Finer.
He can have as long of an adjournment as he desires.
I wish him the best. Sorry to hear he is sick.
For the record my clients assets are his house in Thousand Islands, a bank account that is spoken
for and a time share in Florida, which I believe cannot be sold under Florida law and may be lost
if there was a final judgment in this matter against him.
I believe that he will file bankruptcy before the house is sold.
