     Hi Billur et al,

     I'm still awaiting a response for the information I requested, including:

     - What is the plan for the rest of the Tanglewylde funds?

     - Mortgage payments- please send a list of all current mortgages.

     - I was supposed to be consulted on payments $50K and above- I see that you have made many payments above this
     amount in September alone. Please advise.

     - Since my reinstatement, I am supposed to be on these emails regarding material business in the company - I have not
     been.

          As you know, I have asked on multiple occasions to be included on these substantive emails and in particular, have
          not been given any specific information on the contemplated disbursements from the Tanglewylde property sales
          proceeds. I also expect to receive final numbers on the closing of the Tanglewylde sale and all closing documents.

          As all directors and Billur are on this email, please send me a time this week or by next week when you would be
          available to further discuss the plan for use of these funds, and how they align with the general strategies and goals
          of the company.
