As I am back as a director and officer, I’d like to be kept abreast of material business transactions and dealings. From now
on, please cc me on all communications about material transactions and exchanges concerning them, including amongst
accountants, bookkeeper, brokers, directors, etc as pertains to the operation of the companies.
I’d also like to be kept abreast of material business activities- and included on calls, virtual meetings, etc. concerning
them.
I’d like to know all anticipated sales, and specifically how we will distribute the sales proceeds from the Tanglewylde sale
and other properties we have recently sold (i.e., since my removal as board member/officer in late 2020).
Also, please note mine and Zeynep’s re-request for a board meeting which I have already sent.
Looking forward to working together to make Bremen House the best it can be!
