memorandum of law dated February 17, 2023, all prior papers filed and proceedings had herein,

          LET the parties show cause before the Honorable Joel M. Cohen of this Supreme Court

of the State of New York, to be held at Part 3, 60 Centre Street, Room 130, New York, New

York 10007, on _________________________, 2023, at ________, or as soon thereafter as

counsel may be heard, why an Order, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 216.1, should not be entered:

   (i)       granting Plaintiff permission to file Opposition to Parker Ibrahim & Berg LLP’s

             motion to withdraw as co-counsel of record for Plaintiff under seal; and

   (ii)      for such other relief as this Court deems proper.

          ORDERED that service of a copy of this Order, together with all supporting papers,

excluding the documents requesting to be filed under seal, upon counsel of record for all parties

via email, on or before _________________________, 2023, shall be deemed good and

sufficient service, with affidavits of service to be e-filed by _____________, 2023; and it is
