       Upon the affirmation of Scott W. Parker dated February 13, 2023, the emergency

affirmation of Scott W. Parker dated February 13, 2023, the accompanying memorandum of law

dated February 13, 2023, and all prior papers filed and proceedings had herein,

       LET plaintiff Yasemin Tekiner (“Yasemin”) show cause before the Honorable Joel M.

Cohen of this Supreme Court of the State of New York, to be held at Part 3, 60 Centre Street,

Room 130, New York, New York 10007, on _________________________, 2023, at ________,

or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, why an Order, pursuant to CPLR 321(b)(2), should

not be entered:

           (i)     granting Parker Ibrahim & Berg LLP’s (“PIB”) motion to withdraw as co-
                   counsel of record for Yasemin; and

           (ii)    for such other relief as this Court deems proper.

       ORDERED that service of a copy of this Order, together with all supporting papers, upon

(i) Yasemin via overnight mail and email, and (ii) counsel of record for all other parties via email,
