Upon the annexed Memorandum of Law and Affirmation of Bryan T. Mohler, dated
February 2, 2023, and upon all papers filed and proceedings had herein,
LET plaintiff Yasemin Tekiner and intervenor-plaintiff Zeynep Tekiner show cause before
the Honorable Joel M. Cohen of this Supreme Court of the State of New York, IAS Part 3, to be
held at the Courthouse at 60 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007 on the 24thtay of February
2023 at 9:30 AM or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, why an order should not be issued:
(i) permitting certain documents filed in opposition to Plaintiff's Motions to Compel (Motion
Sequences 44, 45, and 47) and Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Plaintiffs’ and Defendants’ Notes of
Issue (Motion Sequence 46) to be filed under seal; and (ii) granting Defendants such other and
further relief as this Court deems just and proper; and
ORDERED that answering papers to this motion by Order to Show Cause, if any, shall be
served by filing them with the Clerk via NYSCEF on or before February 14 2023, 2022--and it is
further
ORDERED that reply papers to this motion by Order to Show Cause, if any, shall be
served by filing them with the Clerk via NYSCEF on or beforeFebruary 22, 2023 2022; and it is
further
ORDERED that service by email of this Order to Show Cause, together with the papers
upon which it is based, made upon counsel for the intervenor-plaintiff Zeynep Tekiner and plaintiff
Yasemin Tekiner on or before February 6, 2023 , 2622, shall be deemed sufficient and
proper service.
