                             now held by the Court after discharging responsibility of escrow company Lawyers Title

                             I.       PROCEDURAL               STORY:

                                      All interested parties have been served. Defendants David Mar and Samantha Mar as
                      21
                             trustees of the David Mar and Samantha Mar Revocable Living Trust have defaulted, and
                      22
                             Defendant Stephen J. Gorog has appeared.            The disputed funds, $24,000.00,        were deposited with
                      23
                             the court the same day the complaint         was filed on August 12, 2022. Plaintiff Lawyers Title
                       24
                             Company made a motion to discharge and the Court discharged and dismissing Lawyers                         Title
                       25
                             Company from any and all liability relating to the $24,000.00 in funds deposited with the Court

                             on August 12, 2022.

                        1    II.      DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS:
                        2             At this time, it is appropriate that the Court disburse the deposited $24,000.00 funds to
                        3    defendant Stephen J. Gorog, as Plaintiff Lawyers Title Company has been discharged of all
                        4    liability and Defendants David Mar and Samantha Mar as trustees of the David Mar and
                        5    Samantha Mar Revocable Living Trust have defaulted.
                        6             It is hereby requested that the deposited $24,000.00 funds be disbursed to Stephen J.
                        7    Gorog.
