affirms under penalty of perjury, pursuant to CPLR 2106, that on January 12, 2023, I served the within
ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE, AFFIRMATION, EXHIBITS, RJI AND SUMMONS AND VERIFIED

premises litigated in thismatter, the single family residential property located at 525 Hunter Avenue, Staten
Island, New York, by personally delivering four true copies thereof to Frank Tagliaferro who identified
himself as the spouse of the lessee and as an occupant of the subject premises.
