That is a complete misstatement. It is your own interference and continued failures to produce relevant
documents that has delayed matters.
The court gave us leave to move for post- note discovery.
In the meantime, plz let us know when you plan to: 1. Produce the meta data for the What’s App
messages that you belatedly provided to us, including from an account Gonca deleted during the
pendency of this lawsuit, 2. Produce any LinkedIn messages Gonca destroyed during the course of this
lawsuit and 3. Amend your client’s erroneous statement that they have produced all electronic info per
the governing protocol.

The end date for all discovery is December 27, 2022. (Dkt. No. 659.) Mr. Stewart was subpoenaed nearly
two years ago in March 2021, and he was previously scheduled to sit for his deposition four different
times (on April 29, 2021, April 20, 2022, June 21, 2022, and November 15, 2022), only for Yasemin’s
counsel to cancel it (including, a number of times, the day before it was to proceed). Mr. Stewart’s
counsel reached out as recently as December 6 to offer dates for the deposition, which you ignored until
today – asking to take Mr. Stewart’s deposition on just three days’ notice on December 22, 2022.
We understand that Mr. Stewart is not available on December 22, and will not be available until after
January 4, 2023. Be advised we do not consent to Mr. Stewart’s deposition being taken after the
discovery end date.

Mr. Stewart remains available to appear remotely tomorrow to get this done. I believe it is both doable
and in everyone’s best interest to get this done without further delay.
Unfortunately, the reason Mr. Stewart needs to be at home is to be with his wife who is currently 38-39
