                              Upon   the  annexed  affirmation   of Stuart E. Finer,  Esq., attorney  forthe  petitioner in this


                      action, sworn  to the_    day  of            , 2023, together with  the papers  attached to thisOrder  to


                      Show  Cause,


                              LET,    Terry  James  Dorrity,  respondent   show  cause  before  this Court  at a Special  Term


                      thereon   to  be  held   at  the  County    Courthouse    located   at  Watertown,    New    York,     on


                                                        , 2023   at  10:00  o'clock   in  the a.m.  of  that  day  of  as  soon


                      thereafter as the parties can be  heard,


                               WHY     an Order  should   not be made   and  entered  pursuant to violation  of the Statutes of


                      the State of New  York   for


                               a.         Failure   to  respond   to   an  information    subpoena    duly  served   upon   the


                                          respondent   and  the  respondent's   failure and  refusal to respond   in writing as


                                          required  by the information   subpoena   and


                               b.          Finding  and  holding Terry  James  Dorrity  for such contempt;  and


                               c.          Directing  Terry  James   Dorrity  to pay  all fees associated   with  bringing  this


                                           Order  to Show   Cause   as well  as sanctions   and attorney's  fees for  failure to


                                           comply  with  the information  subpoena;   and


                               d.          Granting  such  other and  furtherrelief as thisCourt  may  deem  just and  proper.


                               SUFFICIENT       REASON      APPEARING        THEREFORE,


                               ORDERED,       that personal  service  upon  the  respondent's  attorney  Woodruff    Carroll by
