                           THIS MATTER, having been brought before the Court by Plaintiffs Yasemin Tekiner

                  and Zeynep Tekiner (“Plaintiffs”), on a motion seeking an order compelling compliance with

                  discovery orders and the appointment of a special master to supervise discovery, and the Court

                  having held oral argument on October 27, 2022, and having taken this motion under advisement,

                  it is now therefore

                           ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ motion is granted in part, and Defendants are to comply

                  with the discovery orders as stated on the record; Plaintiffs’ request to appoint a special master is

                  denied without prejudice to the parties engaging (and the Court appointing) a privately financed

                  referee.

                           This constitutes the Decision and Order of the Court.
