Hi Stephen et al,
Here's a few docs/emails attached from the period leading up to Gonca's firing last year. The script you asked
for Gonca's is not the exact script mother ended using- in order not to trigger
regarding firing actually my up
Gonca's employment agreement/severance (and I believe because the By-Laws only allow for one president),
Phil proposed making her Treasurer and CFO. My mother grew furious and the day of the meeting, changed the
script and appointed herself President, firing Gonca. Phil's team was on the calland took down minutes, but I
