Order to Show Cause, is granted as to intervention, and denied as to the preliminary injunctive
relief requested; it is further
ORDERED that Plaintiff may file the proposed Complaint on NYSCEF within three (3)
days of the date of this Order, and that such filing shall be deemed sufficient service upon
Defendants; it is further
ORDERED that Defendants shall answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint within
twenty-one (21) days from the date of said service, and any response to counterclaims shall be
filed within twenty-one (21) days of service of an Answer; it is further
