pleadings and proceedings herein, LET the above-captioned Defendants, show cause at Part 3 of
this Court, to be held at the Courthouse located at 60 Centre Street, Room 228, New York, New
York on __________________, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard
why an order should not be entered:
(a) Permitting the Rule 14 letter jointly submitted by the parties on March 9,
2022, included as Exhibit A to the Mandel Affirmation, to to be filed under

(b) Granting such other and further relief as the Court deems just
