         Dear Bahar,
         Although i talked with you on the phone on tuesday over this subject matter and knew you've written a mail, I haven't
         read it until this morning. And I've also seen Gonca's short mail too.
         Now, I want to first of all strongly emphasize to you gonca and I haven't talked about you or how you approached this
         matter. The reason being, I wasn't feeling well and yesterday as you know gonca was totally out of commission just like
         me.
         So it is fair and imperative to leave her out of it. The reason I'm emphasizing it ,because of the things you said on the
         phone tuesday.And again , it is as if I can't think and It is insulting. So please stop thinking as if she is constantly working
         on me against you. On the contrary. Up to recently she tried several times to prevent me from some of the actions ,also
         fearing that you would think that she prompted me. Anyway , I know it's very difficult to make you change your mind,
         and I'll leave it at that.
         Now, about making sound business decisions.
         I've been taking care of my business since 30 years, and so far everyone is having a great life .
         When I explained to you why I'm buying Gonca's house first you told me emotions and business doesn't mix well. Well
         you know what! You are right !
         I have always been a sucker for my children, and did things to the detriment even of my own health.
         I bought a house for zeynep immediately scraping from left and right and producing 1600000 dollars . And that after
         15000000for saving her and the children fron Turkey. You might disagree but that was what i was forced to do. Then
         after one year buying her a house she said there was a ghost and she wanted to move and found a more expensive
         house. Gonca, was as usual on you guys side and stood by her saying she           shouldn't live in fear.
         So I ended up selling the house cheaper and had to put         about an additional 700000dollars from my pension and pay
         taxes on it.And in the meantime I asked her wether she wants to let go of 177 and buy a different house ,but she said
         she'd rather have a place in the city. I could have said ,ghost or no ghost,you live there. But here comes in my weakness
         for my children, and I do things emotionally.
         For you: You wanted to live in LA. Again even I had to carry my own cross and again I scraped the money from left and
         righ and pension , your house was bought.
         And when Lisa's job required her to be here, i did whatever was necessary to make you comfortable. Even
         enthusiastically employing contractors adding above 65000 dollars in addition losing 7000 dollars a month rent. Like in
         Zeynep's case, I didn't put my foot down and said ,it's her job requirement, let her settle you somewhere. Again i was a
         sucker for my kids. Andyes , it was a bad business decision.
         And to top it of, when you were not comfortable in that apartment, i made an even worst business decision and begged
         you to move to 1320 ,a 8000000 dollar building with a loss of 14000 dollar rent , to which you wouldn't even consider
         moving untill lisa liked the bathroom. And you knew of course it was a bad business decision.
         You will think now, yeah, you offered it to everyone and nobody took it.
         Right! That's what I'm saying. I only make bad business decisions when it comes to my children.
         This criticism never came up until now, namely buying bronxville house for gonca.
         It's nothing new. I always was weak for you all, and I see now ,it put me in hot water.
