Mr. Hunkele conveyed that other neighbors have indicated that Miller has, in fact, used

the dock and have had a picnic directly in front of my premises when my clients
were not there. Given your prior correspbndence, I believe it is your position that you
clients'
concur with my analysis that the dock and the in front of
property directly my
premises is not a part of the recreational easement that your client enjoy, as
may
opposed to the other neighbors (Strothers). Please confirm that position again, as my
client is looking to bring this issue to a close in.order to continue
enjoying their
waterfront property and a cordial relationship with your client.
