First, please be advised that our client declines to sign the amendment to the contract, particularly in light of Mr. Hubbard's purported cancellation of the contract by the letter of Richard Haefeli of August 29, 2108. In addition, we do not consent to the transfer to Mr. Haefeli or any other party of the contract deposit of $125,000. We would consider any release of the funds to any party at this time to be a violation of the escrow agreement, notwithstanding any instruction you may receive from Mr. Hubbard or Mr. Haefeli.
