Court, counsel and parties are present in open court. Counsel presents arguments
to the court on Defendant’s Motion re Production of Discovery and various
discovery issues. The Court orders that a 402 hearing will be conducted so the
parties can testify, as to their recollection and interpretation of the Standard Form
Lease Agreement

Ms. Nancy Callahan is affirmed and examined by Ms. Clack.

Plaintiff's Exhibit 1: Copy of the Standard Form Lease Agreement signed by
Nancy Callahan on May 23, 2006 is marked for IDENTIFICATION and
admitted into EVIDENCE

Mr. Rosen cross-examines the witness.

Plaintiff's Exhibit 67: marked for trial is IDENTIFIED on the record.

The witness is excused from further testimony. Counsel advises the Court that
Plaintiff's Exhibit 1 will be used for trial and should be re-marked as Plaintiff's
exhibit 68. The Court orders that Plaintiffs 1 will be currently marked as
Plaintiff's 68.
