(“Ocean Properties”), Patrick Walsh and Thomas Guay (collectively “Defendants”), by and through their attorneys, to compel Plaintiffs Evelyn O’Brien, Christ Fortner and Heather Martin to appear for deposition upon oral examination before trial upon dates certain, and the Court having considered the papers submitted in support of and opposition to the Motion, if any, and the Court having heard oral argument of counsel for the parties, and for good cause shown: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that not later than October 2, 2021, Plaintiffs Evelyn O’Brien and Chris Fortner shall produce complete and unredacted copies of their text message exchanges relevant to their claims against Defendants, and that Plaintiffs O’Brien and Fortner shall thereafter ACTIVE 52637257v1 be produced for deposition upon oral examination before trial, either in-person or remotely and on such dates as are mutually agreed by the parties and their counsel.
